Hi there! If you find that the fluff on your sweater has flattened after you've received them, don't fret! You can easily bring it back to life with a hair dryer. Just a heads-up, it's probably best to avoid using hot air. Once you've done that, the fluff will look just like the picture! You can also use a dryer to 'wake up' the fluff after washing and drying. We really recommend that you wash it gently with warm water below 35 degrees and squeeze out the moisture by hand. Just remember not to machine wash or dry it, otherwise it will shrink. Then I suggest you find a bath towel, lay the cashmere sweater flat on it, roll it up, absorb the moisture, and lay it flat to dry. This way it is not easy to deform. And definitely don't hang it up to dry!
